Elizabeth Hurley’s Valentine’s Day post is fire 🔥. The model and actress, 57, shared a sultry snap of herself posing in bed while completely naked, complete with some strategically placed throw pillows in honor of the holiday. And one thing’s for sure: Her legs, arms, and stomach are all incredibly toned.
“Happy Valentine’s Day ❤️❤️❤️❤️💗💗💗💗,” Elizabeth captioned the photo. Her friends and fans loved the look and sent her all kinds of heart and fire emojis.
Instead of spending her time in the gym, Elizabeth’s fitness philosophy is about staying active in her daily life. “I don’t exercise per se, but I’m very active,” she said. “I do a lot of exercise, but it’s really the gardening… cutting down a hedge, using my chainsaw to cut down a tree, logging, all that stuff I do,” she shared Extra.
And another way to get your body moving is cycling.
But she told The Cut that she likes to go to yoga and pilates too.
“I do the occasional yoga or pilates class, but mostly it’s just self-training at home,” explains Elizabeth. “I might do some abdominal exercises or some exercises in the bottom or arms, but because I trained for a dancer when I was young, I kind of know all the exercises. I find it very difficult for my schedule to regularly go somewhere else. It works very well for me.”
Elizabeth also likes to garden, and it’s a way she can eat a healthy diet. “All summer we eat fruit and vegetables from my own garden. I used to have a small organic farm, and all the meat my son ate was from the farm,” she said. The Cut. “Obviously it’s not possible for most people, but supporting local farmers wherever you live is a good thing.”
Another important note here: Elizabeth likes to hit up Austrian spa VIVAMAYR Maria Wörth when she needs a reset. “I learned to sit still, put my phone down and enjoy my food. My digestion has improved since I followed that advice,” she shared Women’s health.
Keep it up, Elizabeth!
