Eligibility

Preliminary selection will be held through a competitive written test followed by an interview. The Written Test will be conducted in Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC), Indore, and the Interview will be held at Department HeadQuarters. Salary For BOB Manager Recruitment 2023
The gross salary offered by the Bureau is Rs 1,32,200/-, and this will include a grade pay of Rs 6,000/- per month. In addition to this, the candidates are entitled to HRA and DA as admissible under the Seventh Pay Commission. Further benefits such as medical reimbursement and an employee provident fund will also be given.
