Over the weekend, Jen took to Instagram to share not one but two videos showing off her flexibility, and one just happens to involve a thong bikini!

In another recent Instagram post, Jen created a human pyramid posing on two other girls, both wearing red bikinis. Jen is on top in a neon green bikini as she flaunts her sunny buns and sticks one leg in the air.
In the caption, she just wrote, “Happppy Sunday Fam!! 🙈🙈.” Fans had a variety of reactions to her video, with one fan writing: “The star is always on top.” Another follower added: “Well done. Pure art. Hard work pays off.” A third fan said: “Great post!”

In another Instagram video, set to the tune of Lavern’s Sunshine, Jen and a friend show off their flexibility and strength. Jen’s friend Phyllicia Bonarnno does a headstand and leans on Jen’s back with one foot.
In the caption, Jen wrote: “@natureswaybrands event at Chelsea Factory last night was one for the books!! Your girl had fun surrounded by nature, good food and great energy! Their products are some of my absolute favorites for supporting my immune system and body function so I was so excited to join in! Try the sambucus gummies and thank me later.”

In the caption, the fitness guru gave some motivational advice to her followers:

In another recent Instagram post, set to the tune of MC Hammer’s “U Can’t Touch This,” Mama Selter joined her daughter for a workout! Both mother and daughter are twins in pink tops, matching short shorts and white sneakers. They start by holding dumbbells to their chest as they jump in and out with their feet.
They then proceed to do reverse lunges and leg extensions, holding their dumbbell overhead to work their core as well. After doing back leg lunges, Jen lowers the dumbbell and gives her mom a high-five.
