RBI Grade B 2022 Notification
RBI announces the recruitment of 294 Officer Grade ‘B’ – General, Officer in Grade ‘B’ – DEPR, and Officer Grade ‘B – DSIM for Financial Year 2022-23. The registration for the RBI Grade B Application link will open from 28th March and will close on 18th April 2022. Eligible candidates have to follow the official link @opportunities.rbi.org.in to register for the exam.

Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit: The Candidates from 21 years to 30 years as of 28th March 2021 will be eligible to apply for RBI Group B Exam.

Educational Qualification:–
(a) Officers in Grade ‘B’ (DR)–(General): Minimum 60% marks (50% in case of SC/ST/PwBD)/ an equivalent grade in Bachelor’s degree as well as in 12th (or Diploma or equivalent) and 10th Standard examinations.
(b) Officers in Grade ‘B’ (DR)–DEPR: A Master’s Degree in Economics / Econometrics / Quantitative Economics / Mathematical Economics / Integrated Economics Course/ Finance, with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters /years from a recognized Indian or Foreign University /Institute; OR PGDM/ MBA Finance with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters /years from a recognized Indian or Foreign University /Institute; OR Master’s Degree in Economics in any of the sub-categories of economics i.e. agricultural/ business/ developmental/ applied, etc., with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters /years from a recognized Indian or Foreign University /Institute
(c) Officers in Grade ‘B’ (DR)–DSIM: Master’s Degree in Statistics/ Mathematical Statistics/ Mathematical Economics/ Econometrics/ Statistics & Informatics from IIT-Kharagpur/ Applied Statistics & Informatics from IIT-Bombay with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade (aggregate of all semesters/years) OR Master’s Degree in Mathematics with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters/years and a one-year postgraduate diploma in Statistics or related subjects from a reputed Institute OR M. Stat. Degree of Indian Statistical Institute with a minimum of 55% marks (aggregate of all semesters/years) OR Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics (PGDBA) jointly offered by ISI Kolkata, IIT Kharagpur, and IIM Calcutta with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters/years.
Nationality: Citizen of India or a subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee who is permanently settled in India before January 1, 1962, or a person of Indian origin who has migrated from either Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, or Vietnam intending to reside permanently in India can apply for this Exam.

- SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD Candidates: No bar on number of attempts.

- Step 3: To register for the exam, click on ‘Click here for New Registration’ link and enter asked detailes like candidate’s name, parents, name qualifications, valid email id, and mobile number etc.
- Step 4: You will get A Registration Number and Password once registration is completed.
- Step 5: You will also receive an Email and SMS containing the Registration number and Password.
- Step 6: Now next step is to Log In with the Registration number and Password you received and fill in all the asked detailes.
- Step 7: Finally upload a scanned copy of your recent passport size photograph and signature, left hand thumb impression, and a handrittern declaration of your details.
