She gave a similar quote to Entertainment tonightand said “Yes, I fell on the stairs, it’s good because some people didn’t know I did it. I was trapped in my dress and I had very nice men helping me, so that was a plus.”

During her acceptance speech, Jessica recalled that Philip Seymour Hoffman came to speak to her class in college and “encouraged us to keep going even when we felt like no one was watching.” She added, “I’m telling this story now because it reminds me how powerful our mind is and that we are what our thoughts create.

So I just want to tell anyone who might be struggling at home, to any actors that I get to meet : Go ahead. You’re a job away. I look forward to working with you. See you on set. I love you.”
