Based on their knowledge of the original show, when hosted Terry Crews announced Aidan’s win, viewers expected to hear that he had won a significant amount of money and a chance to headline a show in Las Vegas. Instead, the teenager celebrated the moment with a trophy and there was no word on anything else. This made people wonder, what does the winner of AGT: All Stars get?
Unlike the original iteration of the hit competition, judges and producers Simon Cowell revealed that this is not the case AGT: All Stars. “There is no prize other than the greatest prize, which is that you will be crowned the best of the best,” he revealed during the live taping of the February 20 episode.
He confirmed this further when asked about the prospect of prize money for Entertainment tonight. “There’s like nothing to win on this show, except for the title,” he said in February. “But they were more nervous on this show than they were on the other show.”
