NSYNC Reunites with Justin Timberlake for New Trolls Movie Song!

NSYNC Reunites with Justin Timberlake: The third installment of the “Trolls” film series is bringing back a blast from the past, reuniting Justin Timberlake with his former boy band, *NSYNC.

In the latest trailer for “Trolls Band Together,” fans are treated to a sneak peek of “*NSYNC’s” new track, “Better Place,” marking their first song together in two decades. The full song is set to drop on September 29 via RCA Records, just ahead of the film’s November theatrical release.

While Justin Timberlake’s career has soared since his *NSYNC days, his fellow band members, including Joey Fatone, have pursued their own ventures, with Joey’s recent comedic role in “My Big Fat Greek Wedding 3” being a standout. NSYNC Reunites with Justin Timberlake

“Trolls Band Together” brings the entire *NSYNC gang back into the limelight, including Justin Timberlake, Joey Fatone, Lance Bass, Jc Chasez, and Chris Kirkpatrick. Their reunion was also celebrated with an appearance at the MTV VMAs, signaling their grand return to the music scene.

For those not well-versed in the whimsical world of Trolls, these films follow the adventures of Poppy, voiced by Anna Kendrick, a cheerful troll who eventually becomes the queen of her tribe. Trolls are known for their love of singing and dancing.

And Poppy’s journey includes a romantic subplot with Branch, voiced by Justin Timberlake himself. Timberlake not only lends his voice to Branch but also penned the Academy Award-winning theme song for the original 2016 film, “Can’t Stop the Feeling.”

So, it’s fitting that “Trolls Band Together” provides the perfect platform for an *NSYNC reunion song. Interestingly, the trailer suggests that Branch’s storyline mirrors Justin Timberlake’s in some ways.

As Branch is portrayed as a former member of a massive boy band consisting of his brothers. His mission to rescue one of them sets the stage for an undoubtedly heartwarming reunion.

While some might argue that this ensemble is as good as, if not better than *NSYNC, it’s important to remember that the target audience for Trolls is primarily children who may not be familiar with the ’90s pop sensation.

It’s worth noting that *NSYNC doesn’t voice the characters in the BroZone band; instead, the voices come from Troye Sivan, Eric André, Daveed Diggs, and Kid Cudi. We also recommend you to check out Lucasfilm’s Surprise Move Lando Project Shifts.

If *NSYNC ever stages a full-fledged comeback, it might be more fitting for a nostalgic, frosted-tips-themed tour for those of us over the legal drinking age, as Trolls is squarely aimed at a younger demographic.

If you’re curious about what “*NSYNC’s” new song, “Better Place,” sounds like, you can currently pre-save it on music streaming platforms. In the meantime, you can catch snippets of the track in the Trolls Band Together trailer, which we’ve included below for your enjoyment.
